She is a member of The Society of Clinical Child and Adolescent Psychology (Division 53 of the American Psychological Association), and regularly stays updated on the latest research and best practices in child psychology. She utilizes a variety of evidence- based therapy techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), parent management training (PMT), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT). Because every child’s journey is unique, and she tailors the treatment plans to meet each individual’s specific needs and circumstances. She is a strong advocate for children’s and adolescents’ mental health and is committed to raising awareness about the importance of early intervention.
